Where do you ship from?

All of our products and boxes are shipped by our team locally in Vancouver, BC.

Do you ship outside Canada?

No, we do not ship outside Canada. At Best of France, our goal is to bring France exclusively to Canadians like you, so we focus our food importations on Canada.

How much will the shipping cost me?

We all hate shipping costs, am I right? Shipping is free for any order above 99$, before taxes. Shipping costs below are an estimation according to our shipping partners, depending on your province (costs may vary by the time, feel free to use the chatbot to ask us!):

What is your return policy?

As we are only selling food products, we can’t accept a return. If you have any issues with our boxes, please contact us through chat or Facebook and Instagram.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Have you already bought something that you don’t want? It happens even for the best of us! Of course, you can change and cancel your order at any anytime before the shipping. As always, you can chat with us using the chatbot if you need more information before buying,

Where do I enter my discount code?

Where do you get your products from?

France, of course! All of our products came from the heart of Brittany, south of France, Provence and more.
Our team takes months to select genuine brands and producers from France. We choose traditional French products made with tradition and care.
