The Crémant Brut from the Zinck Domaine in Alsace is a blended sparkling wine. The sparkling wine is a mix of three grapes: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. It is a complex full-bodied, elegant Crémant that will be a perfect fit for a bubbly "apéritif."

“Traditional method” is carried for this wine with a harvest by hand, using Pneumatic press. lcoholic fermentation in operated in stainless steel tanks with individual heating/refrigeration system. The wine maturation on the lees until happens until next spring. It is then bottled for a second fermentation and matured again during 24 months, and disgorged.
The soil is a mix of silt, clay and limestone.

The Bourgogne Chardonnay from Maison Champy is a fine Chardonnay from Burgundy. The white wine is well opened and has a strong aromatic intensity with notes of exotic fruits and white flowers, caramel and vanilla notes, with a background of toasted bread.
